RICK MARTINRick co-founded the Compliance Guys after a rich and diverse 35 year career with Chevron. His career with Chevron encompassed many fields of the service station industry, including Station Manager, transitioning to Fuel Delivery Driver, then Retail Operations and concluding as a Retail Health Specialist. In addition to being a certified Designated Operator he is well versed in Hazard Communication, HazWoper and OSHA requirements. While with Chevron he conducted Environmental Safety Reviews, trained employees in Loss Prevention, and interfaced with many local agencies.
BRUCE CARPENTERAfter 38 years with Chevron, Bruce retired and co-founded The Compliance Guys. While with Chevron he conducted Environmental Compliance Reviews at service station facilities. He is also well versed in numerous training programs including Hazard Communication, HazWoper and OSHA requirements. While with Chevron Bruce performed Territory Manager work for assigned retail zones and trained employees in Loss Prevention. Like all the Compliance Guys, Bruce is an ICC certified Designated Operator.
JON MARTINJon joined the Compliance Guys in 2004. He brings contemporary ideas and high energy to our expanding company. Jon is a certified Designated Operator, Director of our Safety Series program, and is helping expand our new Environmental Compliance Coordinator Program. He is also certified to conduct Rule 461 Periodic Compliance Inspections, train employees in daily vapor recovery inspections, and has successfully passed the Vapor Recovery Tester class. He attends many local regulatory meetings to stay on the cutting edge of regulatory changes.
